Senatu Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Łodzi
z dnia 26 kwietnia 2007 roku
w sprawie uruchomienia studiów anglojęzycznych na Wydziale Fizjoterapii

Na podstawie art. 62, art. 99 ust 3 Ustawy z dnia 27 lipca 2005 roku Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym (Dz. U. nr 164, poz. 1365) z późniejszymi zmianami a także § 38 pkt 1 Statutu Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Łodzi z dnia 29 czerwca 2006 roku postanawia się co następuje:

§1

Z dniem 1 października 2007 roku wprowadza się system stacjonarnych studiów anglojęzycznych pierwszego stopnia na Wydziale Fizjoterapii

§2

Do postępowania kwalifikacyjnego mogą być dopuszczone osoby posiadające świadectwo dojrzałości uprawniające do podjęcia studiów wyższych w kraju wydania.

§3

Nauka na studiach trwa 6 semestrów.

§4

Absolwenci otrzymują tytuł licencjata fizjoterapii.

§5

Studia odbywają się według programu nauczania uchwalonego przez Radę Wydziału Fizjoterapii Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Łodzi.

§6

Studentów obowiązuje regulamin studiów Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Łodzi.

§7

Studia prowadzone będą odpłatnie, wysokość opłaty ustala Rektor Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Łodzi

§8

Uchwała wchodzi w życie z dniem uchwalenia

on start of English language studies at the Faculty of Physiotherapy

Acting under Article 62, Article 99, Paragraph 3 the Act of 27 July 2005 the Higher Education Law (Dz. U. nr 164, poz. 1365) with subsequent changes, and Article 38, Item 1, the Charter/Statute of the Medical University of Łódź of 29 June 2006, have agreed as follows:

1. On 1 October 2007 introduces full-time first-cycle studies in the English language at the Faculty of Physiotherapy.
2. The persons with the secondary school leaving certificate (świadectwo dojrzałości) are entitled to qualifying procedures and to undertake university studies in the country of issue.
3. The studies last 6 semesters.
4. The graduates obtain the degree of licencjat majoring in physiotherapy.
5. The studies are conducted according to the teaching programme resolved by the Board of the Faculty of Physiotherapy at the Medical University of Łódź.
6. The students are obliged to abide the Studies Regulation of the Medical University of Łódź.
7. The studies are payable. The fee is determined by the Rector of the Medical University of Łódź.
8. The Resolution enters into force on the day of its passing.
